Processio Solutions are committed to protecting the privacy of anyone using our site and the confidentiality of any information that you provide us with. Processio Solutions uses the information collected from you to provide quotations and contact you by post, email or telephone to provide business updates and marketing information which we believe may be of interest to you and your business. When contacting us, you consent to us maintaining a marketing dialogue with you until you either opt out (which you can do at any stage) or we stop promoting our services.

Processio Solutions Ltd also acts on behalf of its clients in the capacity of data processor. When working exclusively as a data processor, Processio Solutions will be acting on the instruction of its client and will work hard to ensure that the client is fully GDPR compliant.

 

The information Processio Solutions Ltd holds about you and your business includes the information you have provided to us, any sales transactions and any third-party information we have obtained about you from public sources and our own suppliers.

 

Processio Solutions Ltd only collects the information needed to provide you with services and your marketing preferences and we do not sell or broker your data. However, we may receive information about you that has purchased from a third-party list broker, on behalf of a client.

Processio Solutions Ltd do not broker or pass on information gained from your engagement with us without your consent. However, we may disclose your personal information to meet legal obligations, regulations or valid governmental request. We may also investigate any irregularities to detect, prevent or mitigate fraud or security or technical issues; or to protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of Processio Solutions Ltd, its clients and/or the wider community.

Retention policy

Processio Solutions Ltd will process personal data for the duration of any contract and will continue to store only the personal data needed for seven years after the contract has expired to meet any legal obligations. After seven years any personal data not needed will be deleted.

General

You have the right to see personal data (as defined in current data protection legislation including GDPR) that we keep about you upon receipt of a written request.  Such requests will be handled as detailed in our Data Subject Access Request Policy.

In the event that you wish to complain about how we have handled your personal data you may also make a formal complaint in writing and we will look in to your complaint and work with you to resolve the matter.
